Northside ISD trustees approved an all-funds budget of $1.22 billion for the 2014-2015 school year, and they also approved a zero-increase tax rate to support the budget.
Northside ISD is hosting a Job Fair to fill 50 positions for food service workers and food service manager trainees in the Child Nutrition Department.
NORTHSIDE INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT ADOPTED A TAX RATE THAT WILL RAISE MORE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS THAN LAST YEAR'S TAX RATE.

More than 5,000 students still need updated immunizations before the start of the school year. Northside ISD is enforcing its “No Shots, No School” policy, which means students who are not up-to-date on immunizations will not be allowed to attend classes when the 2014-15 school year begins on Aug. 25.
